Ingredients

  • 2 steaks
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  • Prep the steak. Place the steaks onto the air fryer tray. Brush with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  • Air Fry. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F. Air fry the steaks for 7 minutes. Flip and brush with more oil and season with salt and pepper. Continue to cook for an additional 7-10 minutes.

Notes

  • Use sea salt and freshly cracked pepper for the yummiest flavor. Many people feel that freshly ground salt and pepper is the best and only seasoning you need for a great steak!
  • If you like, you can substitute garlic butter in place of the oil.
  • Allow your steak to rest for at least 5 minutes before cutting it so it has time to reabsorb the juices.
