1-2tablespoonsgluten-free flour

Prep the air fryer. Place a piece of parchment paper onto the air fryer rack. Preheat the air fryer to 370°F.
Air Fry. Add the pizza crust on top of the parchment paper. Depending on the size of the crust you will fit one or two crusts and need to cook them in batches. Cook the dough for 3 minutes. Spread about 3 tablespoons of marinara sauce on the dough then top with mozzarella slices. You can take the crust out to do this or leave it in the air fryer. Cook for an additional 4-5 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Serve. Serve hot topped with fresh mozzarella and crushed red pepper flakes.
Notes
When making this pizza, make sure the pizza dough is at room temperature. It will stretch better and cook up lighter and fluffier.
Make your mozzarella slices about 1/4 - 1/2 inch thick. The pre-sliced fresh mozzarella you can buy at the grocery store works perfectly!
For some extra flavor, add freshly cracked sea salt and pepper over the top of your pizza before serving.
