Air Fryer Baked Apples

Our air fryer baked apples use brown sugar and cinnamon to create a crisp caramelized coating. These little treats are the ultimate go-to dessert when you've got fresh apples on hand.

Ingredients

  • 4 medium apples
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • vanilla ice cream optional

Instructions

  • Prepare the apples for baking. Place the apples on a cutting board. Cut the top off each apple, then use the apple corer to core each apple. Place onto air fryer tray.
  • Add cinnamon and brown sugar. Sprinkle each apple with cinnamon then evenly distribute the brown sugar over the top of the apples.
  • Preheat air fryer to 350°F and bake. Bake for 15 -20 minutes or until apples are soft. Serve hot with a scoop of vanilla ice cream if desired.

Notes

If you don't own an air fryer, place the apples in the oven to bake at 400°F for 20-30 minutes or until soft.
