Air Fryer Pancakes

Air fryer pancakes are a quick and easy breakfast recipe that's perfect for busy mornings. This recipe takes the classic pancake and gives it a fun twist by cooking them in individual tart forms using an air fryer.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pancake mix, prepared per package instructions

Instructions

  • Prep the pancake batter. Prep the pancake batter per package instructions.
  • Prep the tart pans. Spray the tart pans with nonstick cooking spray. Fill the pans with a thin layer of batter. It should make 8 pancakes.
  • Air Fry. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F. Cook for 4-5 minutes or until the top starts turning golden brown.
  • Serve. Let cool slightly then remove the pancakes from the tart pans by flipping them over and removing them from the bottom piece. Serve with butter, syrup, and fruit.

Notes

  • You can make this using homemade pancake batter if you wish.
  • Add berries, bananas, or chocolate chips to your pancakes. you can drop them in the batter after you've filled your tart pans and bake as usual.
  • Don't overmix your pancake batter. A few little lumps are fine in pancake batter, but if you overmix, you could end up with flat, dry pancakes.
