Brown the beef and blend the beans. Add the ground beef to the skillet. Cook over medium heat until browned. Add the refried beans and taco seasoning and stir well.
Assemble the mini tacos. Divide the meat between the mini taco shells. You'll need to air fry them in batches.
Air Fry. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F. Air fry for 3 minutes. Remove the mini tacos and add a sprinkling of cheese to each taco. Air fry for an additional 1 minute.
Serve. Serve hot with your favorite taco toppings.

Corn shells burn quickly so keep a close eye on these mini tacos in the air fryer.
These aren't in the air fryer long enough to heat up the meat, so make sure it goes into the mini taco shells hot.
