Mini Tacos Air Fryer

Mini tacos in the air fryer are a quick and simple dinner that kids love! Made with ground beef, refried beans, and mini taco shells.

Ingredients

  • 16 mini taco shells
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 16 ounces refried beans
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  • Brown the beef and blend the beans. Add the ground beef to the skillet. Cook over medium heat until browned. Add the refried beans and taco seasoning and stir well.
  • Assemble the mini tacos. Divide the meat between the mini taco shells. You'll need to air fry them in batches.
  • Air Fry. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F. Air fry for 3 minutes. Remove the mini tacos and add a sprinkling of cheese to each taco. Air fry for an additional 1 minute.
  • Serve. Serve hot with your favorite taco toppings.

Notes

  • Corn shells burn quickly so keep a close eye on these mini tacos in the air fryer.
  • These aren't in the air fryer long enough to heat up the meat, so make sure it goes into the mini taco shells hot.
